Things you need to know
Luggage Allowance
To ensure comfort for everyone, every ticket comes with a standard luggage limit. For extra heavy loads, our terminal team will assist with weighing and excess charges or transfer to Logistics service.
Arrival Time
Please arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in and luggage tagging.
Identification
Bring a valid ID (National ID, Voter’s Card, or Driver’s License) for manifest and security checks.
Rescheduling & Refunds
You can reschedule if you notify us at least 4 hours before departure. Missed trips (no-shows) are non-refundable.
Children & Infants
Children needing their own seat are charged full fare. Infants on laps travel free — inform the terminal manager on arrival.
